At Omberprom, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned in used or altered condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1–3 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Failed Delivery & Refused Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Failure to collect the package.
  • Refusal of delivery.
  • Failure to cooperate with the shipping carrier.
  • Failure to provide required customs documentation.
  • Failure to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by local authorities.

Packages abandoned, refused, destroyed, or returned due to customer actions may not be eligible for a refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay required customs fees or provide requested customs documentation may result in delays, return, abandonment, or destruction of the shipment. In such cases, refunds may not be available.
